1. Who We Are
Hue Hunter is a mobile puzzle game published under the Hue Hunter name. This policy explains what information the game collects, how it is used, and how players can request access or deletion.
Package name: com.huehunter. Effective date: September 23, 2026.
2. Information We Collect
Player profile data: nickname, selected country or flag, language, avatar, accessibility preferences such as color-blind mode, and local settings.
Game progress data: player level, XP, coins, skill upgrades, daily rewards, daily tasks, inventory, mode progress, scores, best scores, and leaderboard placement.
Account identifiers: an anonymous account ID or similar backend identifier used to save progress and prevent reward abuse.
Device and diagnostic data: app version, platform, device type, crash information, performance data, and basic security signals needed to keep the service reliable.
Advertising and reward data: rewarded ad views, cooldowns, reward claims, and anti-fraud checks when ad rewards are enabled.
Optional notifications: if you enable notifications, we store a Firebase Cloud Messaging registration token, a random installation identifier linked to your game account, your selected notification categories, language, time-zone offset, and last-active time. These are used to deliver season updates or occasional return reminders, respect quiet hours, and avoid repeated messages. They are not displayed to other players.
3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
Hue Hunter does not require a real name, postal address, contacts, photos, videos, precise location, or sensitive personal information to play.
Payment card details are not handled by Hue Hunter. Purchases are processed by Google Play. Purchase tokens, product identifiers, order references, and verification results are used on our server to validate purchases, deliver items, and prevent duplicate grants or fraud.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to create and maintain player profiles, save progress, operate leaderboards, calculate rewards, deliver daily tasks, run game economy systems, prevent cheating or reward abuse, fix bugs, provide support, and improve the game.
Country or flag selection is used for profile and leaderboard display. Color-blind mode and language choices are used to adapt the experience.
5. Third-Party Services
Hue Hunter may use Supabase for anonymous authentication, database storage, profiles, economy state, rewards, and leaderboard data.
Hue Hunter may use Google Play services and, when enabled, advertising providers such as Google AdMob or a similar ad network for rewarded ads, ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.
Optional push notifications use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Firebase Installations. In-app store reviews use Google Play's review interface. We do not receive your submitted review text or star rating from that interface and do not reward reviews.
Third-party services may process device identifiers, approximate region, ad interactions, crash data, and diagnostics according to their own privacy terms.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help operate the game, when required by law, to protect players or the service, or as part of a business transfer.
Leaderboard data may be visible to other players, including nickname, selected flag, player level, scores, medals, and mode progress.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep gameplay and account data for as long as needed to provide the game, maintain leaderboards, handle support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Players can request deletion of their profile and backend progress data using the developer contact email shown on Hue Hunter's Google Play Store page. Where needed, leaderboard entries may be deleted or anonymized instead of retained under the original nickname.
You can disable season notifications and return reminders separately in the game settings, or block all notifications in Android settings. When the app next connects, disabled delivery tokens are removed from our active registration. Inactive notification device records and delivery logs are automatically removed after 90 days. Deleting your game account also deletes its notification records.
8. Children
Hue Hunter is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child where parental consent is required, we will delete it or take other appropriate steps.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect game data. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to limit access and reduce misuse.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the game grows, including new modes, monetization, account features, or backend services. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
11. Contact
For privacy questions or deletion requests, use the developer contact email listed on Hue Hunter's Google Play Store page. Include your in-game nickname and country selection if you need help locating your profile.
